As a top performer, he has received many awards for his sales achievements and lived with the pressures of making quotas and Sales Clubs for years. He held the position of VP of Sales and Marketing at Xerox for more than 7 years and more recently the position of President for a software consulting firm. Christian has extensive experience in managing/training sales and marketing teams and in building and launching startup companies.


Hubert ZimmermannHubert Zimmermann , Director - BYS France
Hubert brings to the company a wealth of international technology start-up management experience. After pioneering the early development of the Internet in the 1970s, he founded and led Chorus Systems, a system software start-up, whose operating system was adopted by major computer and telecom manufacturers around the world. Following the acquisition of Chorus by Sun, Hubert spent 5 years with Sun, first as Director of Telecom Business Development and then as Director, High Availability Telecom Software. After 9 years in the Silicon Valley, Hubert moved back to France in 2003 to lead other French start-ups to success in the international market. Hubert has engineering degrees from Ecole Polytechnique (Paris) and from Telecom ParisTech/Paris (formerly ENST).

Tim Connelly has over 25 years of experience in high tech engineering, marketing and management. Prior to Boost Your Startup, Tim was CEO and Chief Accounting Officer of EasyWare Software (aka IClubCentral), the leading supplier of partnership accounting software for investment clubs in the US. Tim was also Director of Custom IT Consulting at Dataquest (acquired by Gartner Group). Tim was one of three managers who established a medical laser system division at a leading commercial laser company, Spectra Physics. He holds an honors MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business and a BSEE from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is the former President and Director of the MIT Club of Northern California.

Stu Jeffery is a wireless telecommunications consultant with over 25 years experience in both commercial and defense fixed and wireless communications systems. His career has included managing the Electronic Warfare group of GTE Government Systems, Business Development at Synacom Corporation, developer of GSM/CDMA networking products, and Product Management at Sensitron, developer of wireless applications for medical facilities.Current projects include assisting municipalities and community colleges in developing and implementing wireless networks. Greg also has worked as an industry analyst, consultant, and manager for top market research and consulting firms such as Dataquest, Frost & Sullivan, and the Gartner Group. Greg has extensive international business experience, and an academic background in international studies and quantitative social sciences. He has a Bachelor's degree from Yale and a Master’s degree from Georgetown University.
